In the words of legendary Rakim, “It’s been a long time…” Greetings to all of our friends, family, fans, and customers of Maseed Productions, we’ve been off the radar for a minute because we’re working on some exciting new changes that we can’t wait to let you in on.
Maseed Productions has official relocated and is no longer residing in Corona, California. While we were able to service many of you from this location, the time has come for us to move on to a new spot. Now before you get mad and think we abandoned you all, fear not because we didn’t move far. Now Maseed Productions will be officially located in the city of Lake Elsinore, just 20 minutes south of Corona. With this move comes a major over haul of the studio that will make the sound and vibe better than ever. Trust me, when the studio build is complete, Maseed Productions Lake Elsinore will become the go to spot for all of your studio service needs.
The new location will feature all new acoustical treatment in the main room and a dedicated isolated, spacious vocal booth. You can expect the same sound quality, attention to detail and customer service that you’ve always known us for. We’ll be dropping some brand new unreleased material in the beat store and we will be updating our website.
We’ve got a lot of work to do before it’s all complete but we wanted to thank you in advance for your patience and continued patronage. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you but best believe, it will be well worth the wait.
So you’ve decided that you like the sound of a particular producer and would like him or her to make a custom beat for you. You contact them about doing this said beat and the first thing the producer asks you is…”What kind of beat would you like?” Your response is…”Just give me that hot s@#!”
In this article, I will break down for you, (the artists) the importance of properly communicating and conveying to your producer exactly what you are going for with the song you are trying to make.
What’s good families? As an artist, you literally have access to a virtually unlimited supply of beats from all types of genres. Finding the right beat can be difficult when having to sort through countless beats from a countless number of online producers and beatmakers. To help ease the pain of finding exactly the type of beat artists were searching for, some producer came up with an ingenious idea of including the name of an artist of whom their beat “sounded like” within the beat’s title and thus the concept of “type beats” was born.
What up artists, musicians, friends and fans? Hope you are having a great 2017 so far. Maseed Productions is thankful for each and every one of you that have done business with us or has shown support by viewing, listening to and sharing our content.

So as the old saying goes, “Timing is everything“. I don’t even have to tell you how important being in the right place at the right time is, regardless of the opportunity. I think we all know that but, there is a lot of luck involved with just trying to be in the right place at the right time and with this article, I am hoping to reduce that luck factor by changing the way we go about releasing our material, when and where.
